We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Shipping on all of our Mail Club subscriptions! Whether you choose our monthly plan or a pre-paid option, you will never pay a delivery fee at checkout.
A Note for our Friends in the European Union (EU):
Due to complex new EU packaging and recycling laws (PPWR) that require extensive local registrations for every country, we are unable to ship our Mail Club subscriptions to the EU at this time. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope to welcome our European friends back to the club in the future!

How We Ship
To keep your subscription completely free, all monthly packages are sent as Standard Letter Mail via Royal Mail. Because these are sent as flat letter mail rather than thick parcels, packages will arrive directly in your regular household mailbox.
- Tracking Note: Standard international letter mail does not include full door-to-door parcel tracking. This allows us to pass the savings directly on to you and keep the club accessible worldwide!
Estimated Delivery Timelines
We ship our subscription batches on the first week of every month. Once your mail leaves our workshop, here is when you can expect it to arrive:
- United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
- North America (Canada/USA): 7 to 14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 21 business days
- Asia: 14 to 30 business days
Please note that international mail can occasionally face minor transit delays due to local holiday schedules or regional postal sorting.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
Because our Mail Club envelopes contain lightweight printed goods (like art prints, letters, and stickers), they almost always fall well below international low-value customs thresholds.
In the rare event that your country's postal system levies local import taxes or handling fees upon arrival, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. However, 99% of our international members receive their monthly mail directly in their mailboxes with no fees due.
Missing or Damaged Mail?
If your envelope has not arrived within 4 weeks of our shipping date, or if your items arrive bent or damaged by the postal service, please reach out to us immediately at hello@thehobbyistkits.com and we will happily send a replacement out to you right away.
